    Excellent customer service, facility OK..

    Everyone I have dealt with (Charisse, Shannon and Courtney) have been wonderful to deal with. The unit that I have rented is adequate but disappointing that the light socket appears to not be functional and no one seems to have a solution to that problem. Have tried a working lightbulb, still no light. Bummer! I would have given 5 stars otherwise.
