The only issue encountered: after reserving via SpareFoot w/o credit card to start rental on May 10th, received an e-mail invitation from Life Storage to finalize by providing my credit card. When I clicked the link in that e-mail, w/o my noticing it changed the start date from May 10th to May 1st, so I ended up paying for extra 9 days that I didn't need. Contacted that facility but they said there was nothing they could do to change the start date.

Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢m so glad that I found out about this storage unit. I was playing best the clock with a competitor and it wasnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t working. Now I can come anytime after work, before bed, in the morning and late nights.

The whole process was great. The place was clean, easy to access, the employees were friendly and helpful and made everything work smoothly. I definitely liked it more than the other facility I looked at, and the price was good.

Never used storage before

Tom took us to the container and we inspected it. 20 minutes later we were in our car and the next day we accessed the lot where the container was and very easily emptied our 15 foot truck into the container. We didn't require climate controls and it allowed us to pull up feet from the shipping container. We supplied a lock but the business also had them at a slight discount. I would use this business again, if the need arose.
