    Secure feeling leaving my things here.

    I am satisfied with the service. But I was a little confused on set up. When I called last week, it sounded like I could pay that day Saturday and all would be well. Luckily my husband popped by Thursday and we realized we needed to pay before entering. I respect that rule but I’m surprised that when I talked to a real life person I believe last Wednesday, I didn’t understand that I wouldn’t be able to get in before paying. I think that needs to be more clear. That could really mess up a moving day.

    Monthly Price Different Than Quoted

    I was quoted $99/month by SpareFoot, but at move-in, price without insurance is $114. Not happy about that. It feels Ike bait-n-switch. I may cancel and go elsewhere if it doesn't get resolved.

    Quick, efficient rental process. Price is reasonable/average. And it’s open 24 hours a day.
