Hello. Just wanted to let you know we arrived late and the manager had places to be as well, but had spent the time to make sure we could get in there that evening, which was critical for our plans not to fall apart. We were moving from Indianapolis to O fallon and decided we needed this unit last minute and she had taken care of us.

A bit pricey and the access road internal to the structure is very uneven

On site manager very nice, we prepaid 5 months and get the 6th month free. Lightbulb in unit is very dim, otherwise no problems

The general manager was very friendly & accommodating. Allowing us to inspect the available units gave us the opportunity to discuss our budget & needs without the "sales pressure" of an employee breathing down our necks. Great experience!
