    I reserved my storage unit online and which was immediately followed up by a phone call after the reservation to confirm by a company employee who provided additional information regarding my rental.

    Not what I thought

    Up front costs were not made clear until it was time to pay- it is supposed to be a secure facility but every trip I made the gates were open already

    Facility is in a gully with no landscaping to accommodate

    Storage facility looks like it may flood. The land is in a gully.

    there no office and you talk to everyone on phone and you have to buy rent insurance.
