Hours of operation and keypad

It is a storage facility. This facility may have new owners and working through the kinks of operation but, I believe if your posting hours of operation as a customer reading these hours then not able to access my units because access is denied is a tad bit frustrating. The keypad issue. I was trying to gain access to my units when I was unable to because my code had been blocked. Another issue. My time is worth something. Sitting and waiting for customer service (named something else through this company) to answer my call. I was in a time crunch. I was told I got transfered and had to leave. Well it became instead of days , it became hours. Every hour I wasnt able to gain access set me further behind. 65 hours straight no sleep and then dealing with this and got an apology. Fixing the issue. Well hours of operation 6am-9pm. You can access at 7am- 7pm. 12 hours is alot but not when loading unloading playing tetris and going for another load to find that you cant get back in. Anyway I hope this is fixed quickly for the next customer. I will be back to retrieve my items shortly so I hope I can gain access once again without issue.

Don't use third party sites to set it up

My complaint is more for the third party source rather than the unit itself. I set up for the 1st. I paid early like it recommended and turned out I paid for the previous month and had to pay more once the 1st came around. Y'all need to specify when the move in date is so you don't scam people out of their discounted month. I called the unit and they said it's the third party's fault. Don't go through this site. Go straight to ko storage website.

Quick and painless

Loved being able to do all online- it was last minute but no problem at all.

Storage

Storage was easy to get to but on a time crunch to move so not being able to move after 9 limits my help. Also hate doing everything online. I may have gotten a bigger unit if I was to go and view a unit before purchase.

Everthing went well. I didn't realize that my spot could be taken by someone else until I paid even though I had a confirmation number, so I had to pay earlier than expected to hold the unit;

Clean, secure, facility

Everything is done online. There is no one to speak with onsite, but overall it seems to be very clean, secure and affordable

Super nice facility everything was clean. Cameras everywhere,good security gates. Definitely felt secure knowing everything was there and no one was going to mess with it will definitely use them again.

Recommend them? YES SIR!!!

Even my dog was treated well. He enjoyed the treats.
