    There was not any help to sign in to obtain my storage spot.

    I had trouble obtaining my sign in at Holmes. There was no one to help that day. It took another associate( manager) from another location to help me sign in and park my truck.

    The manager at the Kansas City Holmes business was great, I will repeat business there if he is still managing these units.
