This is my second time renting a unit with Tri-Sons Storage and I am blown away every time! Units are well kept, customer service is always outstanding, and the ease of renting a unit is unmatched. the first unit I got was too small for my stuff so they let me upgrade to a larger unit and gave me a refund on my smaller unit and everything was fantastic! Very friendly and good customer service :-)

Getting it set up was complicated and the unit was full of trash when I opened it for the first time.

I reserved the unit online nearly two weeks before I moved my things into it and was not given any pertinent information; gate code, unit number, how to pay, etc. I had to call customer service repeatedly until finally, right after the office had closed on a Friday, which was my scheduled move-in date, I got a call back. A woman named Nicole was very helpful at that time and gave me a unit number and gate code immediately, allowing me to pay the following Monday. Although, when I arrived at the unit, it was full of trash and I had to clean it out myself in order to move my truck load of stuff in. There was no dumpster on the property so I left the trash I had gathered in a bag outside of my unit.

I would assume if you were renting a unit to a new tenant that they would make sure the previous owners stuff/trash was taken out. I didn’t have the necessary means to haul the trash away and will have to do it another day. Not what I was expecting.
