    Best Customer Service

    Nina was excellent , fast and efficient she had everything already done before my arrival saving me time - and when your moving "time is of the essence"... she's wonderfully pleasant to talk to too.. and the storage store was so festive with decor ! Almost made you forget you were moving during the holidays around the corner! I love the security cameras almost everywhere .. and makes me as a woman feel safe in case I had to run too storage in those wee hours! Unit was clean.. swept out no debris or even a spider web.. but I would definitely recommend this place and she even informed me that as soon as "military discounts" get approved she will make sure we will get it! That says a lot for above and beyond with her service !

    they were great! met my needs and then some.

    Always pleasant on the phone. Very informative when I first called, and listened to my situation and then gave their recommendation, listened to my opinions, then we decided on a plan. This may seem ridiculous for a storage unit, but it was a collection of my grandmother's paintings and very dear to me. The grounds staff are very helpful and nice but not clingy while you are at your unit. Desk clerk always says hello and makes sure you don't need an anything (again, doesn't linger). All around great experience, would absolutely recommend to others asking about storage.
