    Stupid online for it all and got a pole in our unit.

    This storage unit is all online which it fine but if it is all online then why are the people telling us to finish we can do it online OR go to the front desk? We got there and there was no front desk. We payed for our unit got in and there was a pole in our unit. We had to pay full price for a unit with a pipe that goes through it taking up space we payed for. I want money back because of that pipe we couldn't fit our stuff in the storage unit how we wanted and hade to stack stuff on stuff we didn't want stacked.

    New, easy-access, clean

    All went as planned. Two suggestions: mark storage unit #s outside, closest to each door. Exterior spot lights for the parkibg lot.
