Narrow isles and drivethroughs. Hard to maneuver around. Cramped in area but otherwise ok.

Extraordinary service during extraordinary times. The whole team at Public Storage have provided excellent service! The Chaska location was full and they recommended that we contact Eden Prairie location. Extra care was given to help everyone to be in compliance with directives and maintain our safety. Thank you

I was very pleased with the service and...

I was very pleased with the service and the facility. The only comment I would say is that I wasn't warned ahead of time about needing insurance for the items in the unit, which was $15/month if you use theirs (and you have to have proof of insurance when you're signing the contract). It's cheaper through my own insurance company but not worth the hassle (for me at least) to change it. Which is probably why they don't warn you ahead of time.

Price is misleading..When I showed up at the Fly Cloud rd

When I showed up at the Fly Cloud rd. location with what I thought was a reservation. I was told they no longer had a unit for that price. I was redirected to the other Eden Prairie location which came the closest to advertised price. I thought it was unusual that I needed to purchase a key & lock set that wouldn't work on any other application. That was not advertised. It cost me over $70 to get started, but was advertised as 1/2 price for the 1st month. Full price is $34.00 . The additional cost should be advertised as total cost, up front in bold print. No need to hide it...

Janice was absolutely wonderful! Our rental unit at another place fell through and we showed up with a moving truck full. She got us a unit in about 5 minutes she was amazing!

All the employees were courteous and well trained. My only irritation was I was moving to MPS from out of state and had to have our son come locally to complete the paperwork to take advantage of a special. Plus the storage unit is in his name now, not mine, and can't be changed, which is a stupid rule! I'm the customer.....too many hoops to jump through. I've bought houses with less paperwork.
