So impressed! Reserved the unit online and “moved in” the next day.

I needed a 10‘ x 10‘ storage unit. I started with their Memorial Day sale. The price was great! Move-in was simple. The unit is nice and super clean. This experience has been way better than I anticipated. Everything is top-notch. The staff is great, they have on-site customer bathrooms, a drinking fountain, and air-conditioned units. Everything is secure and I feel safe going there by myself.

Excellent customer service

Kayla was fantastic! It was my first time renting a storage unit and she gave all the ins and outs for what to expect and answered my questions clearly. Alongside helping me to use the discounted price I initially came in for from an online website.

Online features are great.

I love being able to book my storage online and then going to my unit with a lock being provided there already. I'm also a huge fan of the app features. Not having to enter in my code a million times is time saving.

Easy move in and excellent staff

The first 2 days I was moving in the ladies bathroom was closed. The men's bathroom was filthy. It was inconvenient. Everything else was perfect. Staff is excellent! Г°ЕёЛњВЃ
