    I had a wonderful experience

    I had a wonderful experience, the property manager happily showed me a few units and once decided explained all the paperwork in detail and made the transaction very smooth. Would recommend to others.

    I rented storage from Rachel and she was really nice and accommodating. I like the property also because there are many security cameras, so I feel my belongings are safe.

    Rachel helped me and sister-in-law get into a storage unit the same day and was extremely helpful and polite. The whole process took less than 15 minutes. The unit itself was clean and well kept. The facility is clearly very secure and easy to access at the same time. I highly recommend this facility, especially if you are lucky to get with Rachel.

    It would have been 5 stars were it not for a 25 minute wait. We had an appointment, but someone walked in and was taken care of first. Once Janae was done with him, all was well. She was articulate, efficient, friendly and helpful. We returned the next day with movers, asked for some pallets, and obtained some easily. Great experience, great price.
