Public Storage allowed me to rent a unit big enough to store my car IN for a Month,....it was AMAZING!

My experience was very good. The girl in the office was very friendly and polite. I needed some stuff to put under my tires and she try to help me. Sweetie hart.

I didnтАЩt know to make a appointment and showed up almost closing time the young lady that helped me explained about appointments but she still helped me out, she rented me a storage unit explained everything and showed me where my unit was she went well above and beyond sorry I canтАЩt remember her name but she deserves a raise or employee of the month something oh and couldnтАЩt believe how clean the place is the grounds and office I really was amazed. ЁЯдЧ Thanks definitely would recommend this place

Overall good

Overall good. We filled out the paperwork and paid online. We received a welcome text with the gate code. We went to check in with the office and the lady couldn't find our account. We showed her the text with the number of our space. She said OK to move in.

Well run facility

I chose this facility for storing my RV for the summer months. It's clean, organized and fairly priced. But the best feature is that it is well run. Kylee, the manager was exceptional to work with. She is very professional and was genuinely interested in finding me the best solution to meet my needs.

I must say that I had a grate experience & Awesome customer service got there and realized I needed a bigger unit but I didn't want to upgrade because I thought it would be to much to switch everything but little Do I know it was a few seconds and I was moving into my upgraded unit so I must say that was a relief because we all know about how stressful moving day could be so the less things you got to do the better it is!!!! THANKS FOR THE AWESOME EXPERIENCE!!!!ЁЯШБЁЯШБЁЯШБ

Super easy to reserve online, there was a lock waiting for me in the unit, and it’s very secure. I wish there was a map or more signs identifying where to go, but that’s my only complaint.

Great place to store your stuff

The place is super clean and the staff are really friendly and helpful. I rented my space starting at the beginning of the pandemic, and they were doing the proper distancing and protocols to keep staff and customers safe. Letha is super kind and goes beyond the expected to help make the process easy and clear. And their pricing is really great, especially if you catch them on a sale/discount. For the temperature controlled storage there is a car port and also parking spots, and you can pull up in the car port and bring your stuff right inside the front door from there. Incredibly simple process.

Awesome experience; well educated staff, personalities plus, extremely helpful, facility clean and well maintained.

Overall a great location

Overall a great location. There are some signs of wear that could be addressed, like the front gate. Makes me question a little bit the security of the facility. Thankfully they have some security cameras.
