I needed to downsize my current unit and was absolutely dreading the process of getting a new unit, but the guys at Public Storage were so helpful and everything went so smoothly, it left me wondering what I was so nervous about. Awesome people and a great space!

This location is the best Public Storage location that I have ever used. Very clean and convenient location. The staff is fantastic. We have been using this location for 5 years now. Wes and Dave are very helpful, friendly, and always make me laugh. I would highly recommend this spot.

I have been very pleased with this Public Storage facility in Plymouth, MN? and the helpfulness of the staff. Wes, in particular, has been very helpful whenever we've had a question, concern, or problem that needed to be solved. The facility is very clean, and top notch. We get frustrated with the corporate office's relentless price increases, which are well above inflation (almost 10% this year) and no improvement in facility, but the local staff do the best they can to help out where price savings can be found.

I was met with professional curtesy and friendliness. All my questions were answered clearly. There was no problem at all with showing me the storage areas I needed. I came away with a nice place to store my things. I feel comfortable with Public Storage. Dave and Wes were great.

Carol was GREAT! She showed me a number of units and answered all my questions. I was in and set up in no time. We had this unit for almost two years and it worked out great! Nice to work with.

Great so far, but nervous for future

I had a great experience at the location that I visited. I reserved a space online, and was given two different options for that size based on where they were in the complex. I was happy to be able to select the option that was more convenient for me. However, while pricing out options, I called their hotline and the customer service agent told me that the prices I was seeing were not guaranteed and would likely be raised shortly after signing a rental agreement. I'm giving 4 stars because that hasn't happened yet, but it has only been a week since I checked in.
