    Please make the locks affordable or at least make the unit lock compatible

    I can’t afford the lock to lock my unit and I’m not able to use any kind of lock because the door on my unit has a particular lock mechanism

    I already moved out tonight, August 31st.

    Everything was very good. However, I we got into our Apartment today, so I already moved out of storage unit 1233, tonight, August 31st. Thank you, very much.

    All good, with one exception: Need more Carts

    Good Service staff, space is clean, hours if access are excellent. One negative us the need for more Carts.

    Very impressed and very clean.

    Was pleasantly surprised with just how nice it was. I have a feeling I’ll keep a unit here long after I’ve moved into a new place, just knowing I have a nice climate controlled space for certain things of mine.

    Nice place

    The customer service lady that was there help me out I got lost she helped me get there show me the unit help me decide which one would better fit for my needs and my storage I was very satisfied with the service that I got I recommend it to anyone.

    Held hostage

    Nowhere while making the reservation did it mention I HAD to buy Your insurance and HAD to buy YOUR lock. That changed the quote given and would have been a game changer
