Rental storage unit

Facility and pricing is great. Moved in on Friday and tried to talk to someone in the office and nobody was available during business hours. Also, climet control building is extremely humid. I was advised to put a tarp on the concrete as it gets very wet.

Computer systems are a train wreck

The on-site employees are great, if you can reach them. There is a phone forwarding system that makes it difficult to reach a particular site, and it’s becoming increasingly difficult to find someone in the office because corporate is cutting their hours. The reservation system is a mess, many available sites aren’t available online. The system lets you “reserve” a space 4 weeks in advance, but doesn’t actually reserve anything, it just locks in a price, because everything is first come first serve. The system will cancel the reservation after 3 weeks, potentially leaving you without a spot and with the employees unable to honor the original price.

I needed something quick and close, they had availability. Unit was clean and worked out good. Only downside is I wish I wasn't out of state prior to maybe get an end unit and not a middle one. Management is knowledgeable and helpful. 1st time for a storage unit for me.

Every person I dealt with on the phone was very professional and helpful. Paul, the facilities manager was extremely helpful and personable. He made the transaction seem seamless. He was very knowledgeable about the facility and fully explained Public Storage policies and procedures.

Quick and easy - you can do online!

We were able to complete everything needed to register for the unit online and stay contact less. This was an awesome selling point. Easy to access unit and friendly manager. Very prompt. Thanks!

Went online and thought I would be...

Went online and thought I would be getting a month free but wanted to see the place first. When I called they had me scheduled for a move in instead of just looking and only ended up getting half a month off the rent. Otherwise everything went well.
