The entire process was simple and smooth during this trying time.

Needing a storage unit and not having had one in over 3 decades I was not looking forward to this process. Public storage made this as painless as possible and the staff at the facility were very accommodating as well.

So far great experience renting a storage locker here. I believe the woman who helped me is Helen. She is very knowledgeable and personable. I had a short notice to get a storage locker and move my stuff in. She made it happen!

ZoeAnn provided exceptional customer service! On the day of our appointment, the weather was bad. She called us early in the day and worked with us to move up our appointment. ZoeAnn was very welcoming and knew other renters by name. ZoeAnn was very knowledgeable about the facility, i.e., hours of operation, gate codes, insurance, etc. She is a definite asset to Edina Public Storage. I will definitely use this facility again.

Shirley was very helpful when we inquired about renting a storage area. Although she was busy on a late, Friday afternoon, she took the time to show me where our unit was located and how to best move our belongings into the unit. It was a very easy transition for us.

I have used this Public Storage location for over seven years, even before it was Public Storage! The location is perfect for me, and I had several different storage units over the years to meet my storage needs. Recently, Shirley helped me out, and she was friendly and professional. The main reason I'm happy with this location is that it's climate-controlled. They have a storage unit to meet your needs!

The customer service at this Public Storage is fantastic. Shirley in particular bent over backwards to help me find a solution to my unique packing / storage needs. They have all the boxes and packing supplies you need!
