The young lady at the public storage site in Brooklyn Park was polite, patient as it was my first time actually using these services for myself, I have helped my daughters before using it. She reviewed all materials with me so I could understand it and just simply helpful and professional as well.

I don't know anything about you but this is the second "review" for Public Storage I have received. EVERYTHING with Public Storage went wonderfully smooth.

Sarah was and is still being helpful to me in term of making sure that I understand everything about public storage at this location. The first day she showed me the storage area, we took a nice ride in her golf cart. It was my first time on a golf cart and it was fun.

Sarah was so helpful to us, she went above and beyond her normal duties to help us get a fair price for our storage, we will be forever grateful to her. She was professional and courteous in every way. I totally recommend this facility.

Service was fast and customer service was great. Great location for shopping and getting things you want.

This is the 4th time I have need a storage facility, and the 4th time I have used Public Storage.
