    Spendy for what you get.

    Units run just a bit smaller than expected/ perhaps they’re the exact measurement- but either way, there’s no room to wiggle so plan accordingly. Our trailer fit in our previous unit with a couple feet on either side to spare, this unit has about 1 1/2 feet of space split between each wall of the trailer, and the building itself. Getting the trailer backed in was an experience that would affect my likely hood of recommending this facility all by itself. 24hr means 24hr - and from my experience, there will be several tenants who spend as close to 24 present as possible. Quite a lot of traffic during the day time- and on any given evening there’s 1-3 tenants in their units the entire night. Another thing worth noting, there’s this ungodly alarm from a business next door that blares incessantly once the business closes for the day- it’s motion activated and is used as a means of theft deterrent- I can’t speak to that but I can speak to how sensitive of a hair trigger it must have. I swear on any given evening a full five minutes without hearing it would be a miracle. Property is right next to the woods so if bugs aren’t your thing- that’s absolutely a thing to consider as well. .
