The unit is very clean. I am satisfied with my unit. The price was a little higher than I thought. It said a different price on the advertising.

Shannon was wonderful! I couldn't figure out how to do an online check-in. She helped me so much. I appreciate a live person being in facility.

Clean unit and easy to drive up and put your items into the unit.

Very impressed with the property manager and the cleanliness of the unit. All the lanes into each area of the units are blacktopped making accessibility very easy. Each unit also has a light inside which is a wonderful option.

Good option for Storage

The stuff is friendly and helpful. The final cost did end up being more than anticipated but the space is clean and the area feels safe.

Everything went well. The representative that called to confirm my unit was great. She was very knowledgeable about the sizes of the units and was able to help me upgrade to a larger unit and a first floor space as well. And she did it quickly and with a smile. She gets 5/5 stars from me and makes public storage brand my only choice for the any future storage needed.

Have never used a storage facility before. Kari made it easy. Explained everything in a manner I could easily understand. Helped me decide what unit was best for me without being pushy. Check in and move in day went smoothly. Hopefully all continues to go well in the coming months.

Reserving a space was easy online, the representative at the site was friendly and helpful, and the sites are all very clean and well-maintained. I feel confident my things are safe here and would recommend to anyone looking to store! I also got a great deal compared to other places.

It was so nice to deal with someone that was willing to give me assistance. Jean was wonderful. She made the time available and did an excellent job of explaining everything from what size I needed and what supplies were necessary. Thank you ever so much.

Reservation process was very smooth

Reservation process was very smooth. I got a great price for a large unit! Unfortunately, there were a few small hidden fees but not enough to make me want to back out at the price. The code to the gate, the way the lock works, access hours, etc were all spelled out for me easily and thoroughly.

A class operation

After shopping for a storage facility I found Public Storage near to my home and am glad I did. The prices were very competitive and the location was convenient. The facility was spotless and the Property Manager couldn't have been more helpful. The registration process was quick and any questions or concerns I may of had were answered.
