Worked Out Perfectly!

Despite there being massive construction and traffic on Mound, this location did not disappoint. I was pleasantly surprised with the virtual booth and kiosk because the representative over the phone was extremely short, dry and rude. The virtual assistant was immediately available and open to assisting, although I was completely comfortable with navigating it myself. She assisted from start to finish and was extremely detailed. The unit was perfect and the facility was well maintained and clean. The access code, lock and community was all easy accessible and available. I was wonder at first, but it turned out wonderful and I am gratitude. I intended to use it for a few months, but I definitely might extend that.

Fast and Quick

Submitted online reservation for a few days from now, received confirmation immedately and response from facility asking if I had any questions. Asked about instant access and was told how to do that and change my move in date. Completed everything online with one exception, it would not accept bank information for payment and had to use credit card.

Great Storage place for you about values

I had a great experience when I came in the practice safe distant due to COVID19 I filled the paperwork out in which the representative help me with it took all of 15 minutes give me instructions to wear my storage unit was I went straight to it no problems and they also had a lock in the stores on it waiting for me I feel like my spirit was more than excellent an hour for anyone to them.

I have been very happy with the service I have received. And the employees were very friendly and helpful. I chose the Madison heights area .And Ashley was the most pleasant and helpful person to explain everything to me and showed me the different sizes of storages.Units. before I made my choice. I was very pleased . And would recommend public storage to anyone.

Very happy with Public Storage

Very happy with Public Storage. Michelle took care of me and made sure I had the right size unit, and Sarah was there on a Sunday, my first time going to put boxes in my unit, and she helped me with getting back out of the gated area when I failed to see the instruction on the code box. So all in all, very pleased with them.

Chelsea and Sarah were both extremely helpful in my storage unit rental process! When I told Chelsea her unit was too large, she immediately sent me to Sarah who helped me to find the perfect size unit at a different location.

Sarah was our sale rep and was super friendly and helpful. Took is to our unit with a golf cart ride. Along the ride she explained to difference between the units including price, size and what would work best for my needs. It was a no pressure talk and I really appreciated the she talk to me with an honest approach. Not too often you find that. The online promo and Sarah's attitude made this a no brainer for renting.

I've been with public storage for about a year now, when I first went to inquire about a space I thought that it costed way too much but Sarah, she was extremely nice & persuasive so my husband & I got the storage. To date she's still the exact same maybe even better. I love her!!!!! Anytime I recommend public storage to anyone I always tell them to check out this location because she's so wonderful.

Sarah and Del assisted me with my move in today, and their customer service skills were phenomenal! They made me feel welcome the moment I walked into the office, they were happy to answer any questions or concerns that I had. I am very pleased with my visit today and will definitely refer this location to friends and family.

This was my first time with any public storage. Found a great price online, reserved a spot, and did my online registration. Spoke to Sarah on the phone regarding what to expect. On the day of move in my husband and I were assisted by Simone at the front desk. She clarified everything and ensured all my questions were answered. She and I clicked and we made instant friends! She made my day with her smile and friendliness! I will recommend this location anytime to my friends and family. (Clarissa)
