    They have lots of check ins and easy to follow instructions. Every thing was prepped before I arrived for a contactless easy transition.

    Five Star - Cassandra gets 5 Stars

    Cassandra was very helpful helping me with my application. I worked late and arrived at 5:40PM and she stayed over past her quit time and was so polite and helpful. She then at 6:15pm took time to show me the unit and explained how the pull-up door worked. She swept the garage and it was very clean and presentable. I did purchase a lock for the garage unit from her. We need more people in this world like Cassandra. I was so please with her dedication to job and how helpful she was. She gets 10 STARS......

    Terri was great

    Terri was great. She provided us with the best customer service you could ask for. Very happy with storage unit. Definitely will use again in the future. Highly recommended this storage facility.

    Did not like that even though there was no snow that the person who showed us the storage could not use the golf cart and my fiancé had walk to the storage on crutches cause of an injury she had before

    Nice storage place never had any issues with my storage locker here. The manager Rochelle in the office is a delight she gives great customer service. If I ever need to move again I will use public storage in the future for the service alone.
