City of Kalamazoo condemned this location on June 25 of 2024, I never received a phone call or any form of email notification to tell me that this is taking place. I now have all of my stuff in storage unit and am unable to access it until I can call the city on Monday and find out how Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢m supposed to go about this because the roof is considered unstable and could collapse. Due to their inability to keep their billing up I have keepsakes that do not have monetary value that I might not be able to retrieve. This company seems to be a large company in 24 states as they put on their website this year fact that theyﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢ve been collecting rent that is steadily gone up since I have been a customer and they could not keep the building up. Shows me what kind of business model they really use . Do not Use this company.
