Insurance made me upset. I waited outside the fence for a long time. I pushed the managers button 3 times. Finally a customer came out so I was able to walk up to the office. Overall it will work out for me. Just more than what other places were

The staff is very friendly. My unit was a bit tinier than expected but that staff still helped and accommodated me the best they could.

Call center upon reserving told us $25 admin fee at move in 1 month free. Perfect right?! We get there. Be back later sign on door ALL DAY, manager kept coming out asking why we were just sitting in parking lot. Like, duh, take ur sign down!! Proceeds at move in to tell us there's the admin fee rest months rent "free" month is still $10. BS. We leave. Call to say we're going elsewhere. He tells us "hey, I can actually work around and get you in today for $25 and get you the month free, just pay this remaining month by the 5th of next month. OK, GREAT!! We go back. Get back... He says "oh, I guess I can't do the month free." Well thanks for not calling to tell us before driving back!! Units are fine. Webby from spiders a bit but it's okay. Prices are meh, in between all others in town. Gate code entry.

Infested with rodents

Had my into fir less than a week and went to grab a couple clothing items and found all of my stuff contaminated with Rodent feces. I moved everything out that day. I did not have any food items in there that would attract them. The managers’s response when I showed him was that he knew they had some rodent problems. I told him I only had my stuff in here for a week and I have to re wash everything. He said good luck with that. I’ve had storage units before and I have never seen anything like this. This is disgusting

Easy setup

Al, was really great getting me set up at the facility. The facility is are not climate controlled, but I didn't need that for my use case. Overall getting setup was easy.

I like how late i can go to the unit. I work until 6 everyday so i know that i can still stop there after work. Also the workers are really helpful.

The service is great. The pricing over head isnt. I rented a unit and it was a lil to small. So before even moving into it i asked for a larger one. They had it. But charged an extra fee for paper work. Lame as it was spending almost 200 for a unit it could have been served up with lube on the house.

The property manager was knowledgeable and courteous. Got me set up quickly and I was able to go straight to my unit. Would recommend to anyone looking for a storage unit facility in the area.

Friendly service and good security.

I rented a 10x10 space in January in Michigan. Their service was very good and their staff at the reception was very friendly. Overall I have no complains about their service. However, the only problem I had was that the door of storage would not close properly, because of the snow being stuck at the corners of door. So, I had to remove the snow from the corners every time I went there. Apart from this, I recommend this place.
