My only complaint was that the door of my unit is damaged and there’s no way that I alone could lift the door and lock my lock on the hole. My son had to lift the door while I locked it so I don’t know how I would ever do it if I was alone.

The self storage facility is near 275 & Ford which offers easy access to the freeway or to the surrounding neighborhoods depending on where you’re coming/going. The unit was clean. Staff was very helpful and customer service.

The folks at the facility were very helpful. Although the numbering system isn’t abundantly clear (could be due to me rushing to move), the facility is nice and well maintained. Easy access in and out of the facility as well.

Friendly and flexible

We had an issue that prevented us from arriving on time due to car troubles. They staff was flexible and helped us work through what needed resolved to get moved in on time. Felt safe and secure.
