    Great service!

    Went online to reserve a unit and it was easy and affordable. Showed up on my lunch break from work to get all the info and pay the admin fee and even the insurance is affordable and great to have. Didn't take long and I have no complaints. The unit is a great size too!

    Friendly staff, I was able to move my items in same day as booked.

    Units feel secure with gated entry, clean appearance. The only negative thing is that the latch on my unit is rusty and sticks a bit but otherwise looks great. I have never used a storage unit before and I was able to call and book my unit and move in within a the hour which was extremely convenient. I also got a discount by paying for my first month over the phone.

    Working units.

    They need to make sure that the units open properly. I got stuck in the unit I have right now. And I didn’t have a way to get a hold of anyone.
