    Excellent service

    I called at 4:00 and needed a unit before they closed, it was handled on the phone, they emailed me my unit # and code to get in & left a welcome package including a padlock inside.

    After a short checking, I was introduced to the time and operation procedures to enter the premises. As well, I got a brief additional information of the local weather and residence sites of Lansing, the best places to live, and local attractions.
