Ease of getting into facility was extremely difficult and sales rep didnt know how to access unit or where it was located. Was very frustrating

I moved in on a Sunday. The after hours/weekend staffing was amazing!! She was able to accommodate my need for a handicap unit which was more helpful than anyone could imagine!! The facility is extremely clean and easy to access.

The office was no help in making it easy to load the unit. Didn't even come and check to see if all our items would fit. Them it took over three hours for a phone reply

Made a difficult move a lot easier.

Chuck was friendly, helpful and extremely courteous. After driving over 1500 miles he made the end of our journey so much easier with is knowledge and wit. Definitely a great place to go if your in need of storage.

Excellent and very clean facility.

This facility is new, very clean and well managed. Paperwork was easy on line. Had a problem with some paperwork and the attendant working helped solve the issue quickly. She went through the keypad, entry and exit instructions and showed me how to get to the unit and properly lock it. I would highly recommend.

Best storage option available

If you are in the Saginaw region use this place for storage. Most secure unit I have ever used. It's inside an old Kmart or something similar you drive right into the building after entering your code. Building is heated no need to deal with outside climate while loading and unloading. Manager was excellent called within a few minutes of booking the unit and helped me to get everything set up so I could move in after hours on a Saturday.
