    Friendly and good service

    David was very helpful, as I was in a bit of a situation, needing to get out of the state soon. He held the unit for me while I tried to arrange payment. He also allows vehicles to be parked in units which seems to be not so common for units of the same size in other places. All in all I was quite happy with the service.

    Good location

    Little hard to find the outdoor storage space due to the snow and fallen numbers ( due to the snow) but once you found the space it was great.

    Although the units are not the advertised size (over 5" short) the location & customer service make it worth it. We r already maki g plans to rent another unit & recommended it to many others

    other than storage having 5 less feet than advertised they r great

    The off site customer service worked out really well. They gave me an access code so I go see the unit before signing the contract. The unit was very clean. All the paper work was handled via phone and online and it was fast and easy process.

    very professional service.

    I had a very good experience with the person I talked with on the phone. Everything was set up very quickly and I was able to go to the unit within a very short time after getting things set up by phone. There was no waiting. I had a couple of questions that were answered in a timely professional manner. If your looking for storage I would recommend them. Great prices, courteous staff.
