Safe, Secure and Affordable in Benton Harbor

I was most interested in finding a facility that was secure in this city. I found it here. Having the units inside with a secure code to enter and cameras everywhere is how I know I am safe. My unit is small and upstairs which can be a good work out. :) I know my belongings will be there when I return. I also very rarely see another customer onsite as the building is very large. The climate control is a major perk!

Storage USA new rental

I reserved a small unit online and got a verification code to bring with me the day of move in. The code was no good when I arrived, so the gentleman in the video kiosk had to go about it a different way but after 3 hours of trying to get my bank card to accept it, it finally went through. I am happy to say that my truck is now emptied into a small storage unit and it’s easy to access if I need anything and there are clean bathrooms in the facility as well, the stairs are not easy but that’s my age, otherwise I receive emails periodically and feel safe knowing my belongings are safe where they are at with a small payment each month until I move. Thank you very much,

My customer service experience was outstanding. She took the time to show me many options that would work best for my needs. Each unit was impeccably clean and it was obvious the climate control was working. The security inside and outside the building is outstanding. And the specials they offer are amazing as well. I am happy with my experience so far after moving in today.

Manager very friendly and helpful.

The place is so clean and well maintained. I was really amazed. It would be easier to be able to drive up to the unit but that would decrease the safety of the unit. All in all it was really great finding this place from California.

Great Customer Service, Convenient Location and Awesome Manager

My husband and I reserved a storage unit at this location via a third party online service. Leslie followed up quickly, explained all the details of the rental contract, showed us our unit and was super helpful and courteous. The unit was very clean and there were plenty of security cameras on-site, a logged keypad for entry, and overall, I felt our belongings would be safe here. If we know of anyone in need of a storage unit, we would recommend them to try Storage of America.
