KO Storage of Windham - Roosevelt Trail

Move in fine, move out seamless.

Contact free move in April of 2024 for a 10x14 unit,I moved out weeks earlier than expected in August of 2026 and again went by very simple and straightforward instructions to clean and take photos then send with close out form via email. I've received a nice follow-up email making sure i was satisfied with MY KO Storage experience, I took the survey and gave MY rating based on MY good experience. My reason for moving out was because i now live too far away from the unit and also because it was not worth storing what little i had in there. Kudos to the nice facility manager who i met a couple of times. The snowplow people did a great job every winter in clearing the snow so i could get in easier each time.

Keypad entry of building

I agree with Jack on all his comments dated 5/10/26. The keypad entry on the building of my room has not worked from beginning of rental a few months back. Although haven't been there in a few weeks. Never seen anyone in the office. Called and mentioned about the keypad. Very nice person said they would contact the local manager and get it repaired. They said I would be contacted once fixed. Never received a call, text, or email so submitted message online twice. Still doesn't work and still no communication of any kind... Speaking with someone over 1000 miles away does not help in this situation. I understand that propping the door open while loading and unloading is not desirable to tenets or KO Storage but from my point of view, closing the door once exiting means I must walk back to the nearest door then walk all the way back to my room. This is unexceptionable. I have lost hope it will be fixed...

Keypad never ending problem.

Key pad doesn’t work near my room. Whats taking so long to fix it? Tired of walking to next door then back every time.

Fair appearance

Office had nobody there. Door key pad to entry of storage building did not work. Customer service person said local manager would call me to resolve. No call back. Very disappointed.

Great Unit, can’t beat that price!

Loved the unit sizing for the price, had some trouble navigating the website but had great customer service online to help me!

I have had my unit for almost a year and so far other than the price going up to 262.00 from 99.00 you can't beat then for the service. The units are taken care of and very clean surroundings. I've called manu times and have gotten the help I've needed immediately

Outstanding customer service

The customer service reps are extremely helpful. April in particular should get an award for her patience and efforts for me. I needed a large climate control unit which at the time wasnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t available at one time I had 3 units rented 2 small climate controlled and 1 large non climate controlled. April went so far above and beyond for me to get me into the large climate controlled unit I have. April was incredibly patient and put in an effort rarely seen by a customer service rep over the phone. I would highly recommend K. O storage.

Drive up access is questionable

Drive up access is very difficult. We have a Uhaul truck that wonﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t fit so weﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢ll have to walk our items into the storage unit.
