Great customer service. Met by very nice lady who explained everything and showed me a couple different units and showed me another that was slightly larger at the same price. Facilities are secure but are fairly dirty. Bugs and spiders are all over the building but it’s external non-climate controlled units so it’s somewhat understandable. Hard to find with GPS it will take you behind the building to the Army Reserve so be warned.

The lady at the front desk was very friendly and pleasure, she took the time to go over the contract and point out the do and don’t. The price was cheaper than other storage facilities in the Laplata/Waldorf area. We are very please with the service.
