Fast and not complicated

This is my second unit at this location and thus far I have never seen any sign of rodents and nothing but cleanliness on every floor everytime i enter. I appreciate this because a have an OCD disorder and I am coming from a Cube smart unit and not only is store front custo.er service bad the 1800 line is no better. As well as the up keep of the entire store and the rodents and bugs are crazy its scary and nasty. i had to air out everything thing i owned before even placing it on the moving truck. Now i am satisfied

did everything online day before I needed to move in went very smooth

I needed a storage unit ASAP. Drove to location asked clerk few questions she told me it was actually easier to do everything online. She was right. Reserved a 5x10 unit, registered online, etc. The next day they texted me unit # and gate code to get in. We found the unit pulled the tag off to open it and saw lock and keys on floor inside. I was very impressed how smooth it went especially during a hectic time of moving. d

Clean, easy to access interior

Elevators worked, plenty of hand trucks.

Great so far

This location is good for me because I can catch up with my stuff on the way home from work and it doesn't take too long to get to from where I'm currently living.

Left a lock for me inside my unit ... good thing too, the one I'd brought didn't fit !
