    When you ask quetions about the price rate increase.

    Customer service was not good, spoke to Toni, she refused to answer questions about the price rate increase, then put me on hold until we was disconnected.Just be honest and open to the customer. They did call me back either?

    Quick and Efficient

    Customer service was amazing! My unit was completely ready on my move in day and the staff were very friendly and made the transition smooth. The unit was clean and very reasonably priced, if you’re looking for a storage unit, this is definitely the place to go!

    Exceptional services

    I only had one hiccup was the access code to get into the gate was not working correctly the system was down the night before I heard to I had to walk back to the office to let them know in the hot sun. After that it all worked out.
