I called many times today so I can come and setup auto billing, since my bill is due on the 27th, but no one answered the phone call. Also, one cannot leave a voice mail, because it was full. My cell number is 301-266-1213

Only real issue is the rats.

Rat issue..lighting is really good it is very cold inside. I think the top of the units should be closed in. That might solve the rat infestation.

My experience overall was good but I must say the customer service was extraordinary! I have mobility issues and had rented a truck to move furniture to the facility. Getting in and out of the truck was extremely hard for me. When I arrived at the facility the staff was so accommodating. They brought all the paperwork out to me so that I did not have to try to climb up and down to get in and out of that truck. And, every time they brought something out to me they did it with a smile as if I were not inconveniencing them one bit! I would definitely recommend this facility to my friends and coworkers,

Price is good but the loading dock smelled like trash

As I was unloading there was a smell of trash. It’s like someone is storing garbage in the unit. For that reason I would hesitate to come back or recommend.

Excellent customer service. Required to pay insurance, and rates increase if you stay past 6 months.
