Easy move in!

I did the online e-rental and it was super quick and easy to complete online. When I arrived, I was easily able to get into the property. The only thing I would suggest is stating a disclaimer that the first number of your unit rental number is not applicable when locating your unit: ex. 1xx6 would be unit XX6. I was a bit turned around and thought I was in the wrong building but thankfully, Eric, an associate was there who explained and directed me to my unit. He also went to retrieve my pre-paid lock in less than 2 minutes and talked with me about the facility and asked if I had any questions. He was extremely knowledgeable and I'm so happy he was there to help.

The unit (5"x5") worked out great. No complaints.

On-line registration was pain-free. First time I've rented a storage unit. The instructions were texted and easy to follow, as well directions with an overhead shot of the building. All details were covered.

They don’t return your calls for any questions after you move in.

Have left several messages for someone to call me about a duplicate charge on my card from them and no one has returned my calls since March 3rd so have had to go through my bank. Mind you, all calls were returned promptly before I moved in.

Will not recommend.

Moved in on the 27th of March and noticed I had been charged twice for the same amount on 3/2 and I called the storage left a message explaining my situation, expecting a call back but no one called so I called again at 5:54pm and no one answered. It’s 4:28pm 3/3 and yet to receive a call from this place. They returned my call every time they missed a call from me BEFORE I moved in but not since I moved in.

Easy online process and friendly staff

I only had two days to find storage. The process online made it easy to find, reserve and check it. I think the app is a plus which makes accessing the facilities convenient.

The receptionist is nice but the reception area is to small, close to early most people don't get off until 5pm.

The manager was very pleasant and showed me two spaces. He assisted me through the process and took the unit the same day. He gave me his business card and expressed I could contact him for any other questions or assistance. His name was Franklin. Thank you for all your suggestions.

Great location and value

Great location and value. Very convenient. Office staff could not be nicer! They provide plenty of dollies and a high-security lock on the unit.

My experience was generally great

My experience was generally great. I visited the day before to find out some basic information, to compare rates and services with other storage companies. I returned the next day to rent a storage unit. The only reason it was not a five star rating is because, although I did denote to the representative that I was indeed in a rush, she sped through the contractual provisions so quickly, it seemed like the terms read at the end of a radio ad. It did not seem as if I was being informed about what I was signing, but moreso being recited a memorized speech that would satisfy a constructive notice requirement. I don't think it was ill-willed, but maybe it was so routine that the representative did not think about the importance of communicating the message in a clearer, more digestible manner.
