We ask that you please book your reservation no more than 30 days in advance of your move-in date as we cannot guarantee availability for more than 30 days. Of course, we will always do our best to serve you Also, please make note that there is a one-time administrative fee of 22.00 due at move in and that a lock and insurance are required in order to rent your unit. We welcome you to use your existing lock or insurance. Thank you.
