From my first phone call, Carl has been incredibly friendly and super-helpful. He helped me through the process of finding a unit to fit our needs and has gone above and beyond from start to finish in securing it. The facility itself is secure, spotless and well set up. We’ll be storing long term and I look forward to future trips to Hardy’s.

Great customer service

We had trouble with the touch screen. It required a lot more than a mere touch. The lady who helped by phone (from Arizona) was wonderful. She was very helpful and very friendly.

An Absolute Must Have

Very clean storage unit. Awesome high tech security. A comical and friendly site manager. A one stop shop for everything you need from boxes to locks. A truly awesome experience and a privaledge to be renting from this facility.

Moving and need a place to store stuff

We're retiring and moving to the area; we needed a place to store stuff from our old house while we decided what to keep and what to get rid of. The security of the site (fenced and individual alarms) is what sold us on this facility. The price is reasonable, and the staff very helpful.

I am happy to be with this facility because they have been very helpful every step of the way.

The people at the facility are very helpful and friendly. Although it was a little pricy it is a very secure location.
