My husband and I parked our travel trailer here, the price is amazing compared to other storage lots in the area. The woman who helped us was really friendly and got us through the paperwork quickly.

Friendly staff, easy move-in, good facility

Thought this facility was great. I love to drive-up instead of using an elevator and a cart like I have to in the city, the staff was extremely friendly and courteous, and the rate was very competitive. It's not as fancy as Cubesmart, but if all you need is a cost-effective easy place to put your things, this place is great.

Easy & quick check-in

Received a confirmation call the morning of my scheduled check-in. Staff was friendly and ready for me when I arrived. I waited maybe 5 minutes while another customer finished up. Took me to the unit marked for me so I could see it before signing paperwork. No complaints.

Overall good however

Overall was happy with my experience checking in once individual arrived to check me in. Had to wait over an hour before the front desk individual arrived. Was told the scheduled person did not show up that morning so had to wait for another person to arrive. Once they arrived everything ran smooth.

Limited access

Only downfall is can only get in between 6 am and 9 pm. Tough with a busy schedule

I would recommend this facility to any and all the people I know. The office personell was very helpful and very POLITE. The phone reservation was very helpful also. Paul and Jason were very helpful and I feel they took great care of me. Great personell.
