Great customer service iesha assist me and was very professional. The location was very convenient and the hours are great. Iesha helped me at the last couple minutes of business and I did not feel rushed and all my questions was still answered. She made me feel reassured that my items was safe at this location.

Great customer service, it would be great if they updated the building a bit. But over all I've been here for about 4 years now and never had any issues. Esha's very professional and does a great job assisting me each month.

From the moment I called to change my scheduled appointment to the time I received my Welcome envelope, Rachel was absolutely wonderful, courteous and professional. Despite the phone ringing and people coming in, Rachel remained pleasant through it all and she did not take away from my time of being allowed to ask questions. I didn't feel rushed or pressured. What a great experience as a first time storage renter!
