    Clearly they need more help. They had one person running two locations. The person who assisted me was awesome, but you can tell she was overwhelmed at the moment.

    Dirty and filled with dead mice

    When I arrive to the storage unit it was locked with a blue tag on the door. I had to find a tool to remove the tag and clean the unit out. The unit was full of someone else's personal things a bare mattress and about three or four dead mice.

    It's the cleanliness for me

    Prime storage customer service was great. The young lady was very knowledgeable and helpful. My storage is the perfect size for my furniture and they're pretty reasonable in price. Also the location is perfect. I exit 695 and BOOM, I'm right there. Perfect
