    Unhappy with Space Lock

    I was forced to purchase a cylinder lock that costs $20 for my storage space. What if I couldn't afford it? I have no more use for it after I'm done with this space. The latch never works correctly; I have to ask the store rep to lock it after each time that I've gone into my space; I provided him with a spare key for this purpose. My items have been unsecure for 3 days after I left waiting for someone to come and lock the space. UNACCEPTABLE.

    A Great Experience

    If you have to have a storage unit in Montgomery County, this is the place to do it! Mike in the office was super helpful and made the process easy and painless.

    Had to move everything from my apartment

    Pablo the manager was very helpful and friendly. He let me look at the unit first to determine if it was the correct size. The facility is clean and well lit and there were plenty of dollies available for use.If I'm in need of storage again I will be definitely using Uncle Bob's.
