Easy move in! Prompt email directions etc. Clean as a whistle !

This is my second storage facility experience. Prior experience, dirty... air con was often turned off... cockroach infested!! This Self Storage Unit, in Jessop Columbia MD, I give ***** I is as clean as a whistle! Move in uncomplicated, codes etc well documented, and so far air-con always on :-)

The facility was clean and up to expectation.

I gave a 3 star because I wasn’t asked whether I wanted a top or bottom unit. I arrived at the facility to find I’d been assigned a unit that could only be accessed by a ladder. I had heavy boxes to lift. When I asked for it to be chanced I was given a lower one which was still high for me. I had to unpack my boxes and repack them to make it easier to move in. It will be better customer service to ask first.

Overall pleased with the experience

So far, I am pleased. The building is clean, there could be more lighting, but it is bright and the lights come on as you walk down the hall. The manager was courteous, friendly and thorough.
