Great location, easy access, good communication and clean.

When I did the search for a storage in my area Waldorf Storage came.

When I called the phone number I was given an appointment for March 31, 2023 and was told I could go over early to pay for the unit with the manager, I went to the Storage facility on March 30th and no one was there available. I called the phone number and so one seemed to be able to help me, after calling back and getting transferred a few times, I finally got a representative that knew the facility I was at and after looking up the reference # to the appointment that was set up hadn't provided all the information like the code to the gate and he didn't reserve the unit and send me a contract to set everything up! It was quite frustrating, but finally I was helped by Angie. She was warm and professional and helped me figure everything out before getting off the phone with me and now I'm a happy storage camper...Thank you Angie for all you did to help me it's much appreciated. She also mentioned that the manager for the facility is only onsite from 10am to 2pm. When I need help personally in person I will go between those hours when I can, it makes it hard because I'm working between those hours. Sincere Thanks, ZD

Great customer service. They showed us how big the units were and when we explained what we were using they helped us determined the size that fits best. They even said we can change the size of the unit if we needed to. They explained everything well and answered any questions we had. I would highly recommend.
