Overall Ok

When I arrived they had only one loading dock working and someone was there already but wasnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t really unloading anything, and said it is the only loading dock right by the elevator. The other is in the back of the building for the other units in the back. They also stated they only had one dolly for the entire facility, and they were unsure of where it was or who had it, so overall unloading everything took way longer than I expected with all the set backs. They provide a tubular like lock but no instructions on how to put it on, so I had to come back the following day after receiving a call it was put on improperly.

Zhee was the best person I could ask for at this location! She was very helpful and accommodating during my move in process! She started her customer service BEFORE my move in when I placed my reservation, she was informative and involved the entire time!

What a great experience

What a great experience. The district manager was present and more than helpful and even after he left the young lady that help us was very very well informed and pleasant and more than will to help. I have had really bad experience with storage places and was very surprised to feel so welcomed and helped. I have told lots of folks about your place and your staff. THANKS

You get what you pay for

Although the price is a bit misleading online, (when you add the mandatory lock for 19.99 and the insurance, of 15.00 per month) the storage itself was clean and monitored by security cameras.

David, the staff at the Hyattsville, Maryland site are fantastic! Rae, and the other,( whom I'd rushed off to work,but,I'll learn of her name as well)reviewed all of the pertinent information, performed a walk through with me, as well as instructing on how to usr the keypad for entry. They went the preventive measures for " moisture control" and security! I'm extremely pleased with rental rate and prime location of the facility!
