Storage unit said climate controlled and they are not. The whole building smelled like mold/mildew as well.

Fairly good experience; but, convoluted initial payment plan.

Fairly good experience and the best price around. Friendly staff and good location. However, I signed my lease near the end of the month; but was charged for a full month instead of prorating the month; but, a credit was given on the next month...very convoluted initial payment process that could have been much simpler. Property manager, Kaylea, was exceptional and made it all a nice experience.

The only downsize is the face that the hallways are poorly lit. Almost seems unsafe to even be in the unit.

Great Service

This company was great. Susan was so informative as well as very gracious. She really made the move a little less irritating as I am moving after 33 years and am not a happy camper. Susan helped put a smile on my face again as she got my unit ready. A for customer service. We need more "Susans" in the world today.
