    Great place storage, need more carts!

    It was cool, clean, and easy to navigate. Very secure . Only issue is there was no carts available to help me move. So I had to log multiple trips up the elevator! Please get more carts . Other customers are selfishly placing them in their units the staff woman said

    Customer service is horrible

    Since I’ve been here the exit door has been broke the first time I found out no one was in the office to explain how to get out. I believed I was trapped in the building and I couldn’t fathom why no one would be on the desk or answer the phones. I recently broke my mirror off my vehicle trying to exit the entry door while another customer whas blocking the entrance. I appreciate the price and the location is not bad but the customer service is horrible. No exit door in over a month and I’m stuck with a costly repair bill for my vehicle.
