I arrived early after driving a Uhaul truck and towing my vehicle from Florida. The facility was not open and was having trouble with the registration. Lisa and Jessica went out of their way to help me get into my unit. Great customer service! ЁЯЩВ

No bathroom after hours :(

The only reason I gave them four stars is because they padlock the bathrooms was the office is closed. I had to use the facilities at a Market Basket down the street.

The facility is spotlessly clean and the office staff just terrific! They made it very easy for me to move in and took the time to thoroughly explain everything to me!

Good experience

Staff were pleasant to work with and informative. Facility met my expectations and I had a good experience overall. The one thing that could be improved is knowing in advance the specifications for the type of lock that can be used on the storage unit. Not having used a storage unit before, I brought a Master Lock Magnum 2-1/2 in. Solid Body Padlock with 2 in. Shackle (model # M930XKADLHCCSEN) with me and discovered when I got there that it was not physically compatible with the storage unit door (it was too large a lock). This meant that I needed to buy a lock at the facility, which I wasn't expecting to have to do.

Very friendly staff. Made renting unit easy. A couple extra fees that we weren't expecting (mandatory insurance - which we were able to avoid by showing proof of homeowners insurance - would have been $12/mo without homeowners ins). Unit and facility are extremely clean. Staff ensures people comply with rules. Very good facility. Not someplace scary like I've seen in the past.. Would recommend.
