They hold your items where you are unable to go and get them and remove them from their facility! You pay for units you are unable to use! Awful awful!

Awful customer service

After several months of a non working elevator we are still paying for a unit that we can not 1. Put anything else in or 2. Take it out and get the out of there as soon as we can! We are having to pay for something we can not use because of their faulty equipment. They refuse to work to help us cancel our agreement, they refuse to refund or negotiate a lesser rent for the time (ALMOST A YEAR!!!!) where they apparently are too stupid to call a repair company and get it fixed! It’s absolutely absurd to have an agreement for a unit and they are not holding up their end of the bargain and once again it isn’t weeks we are going on a year!!! Please stay away from this fraudulent company!
